Q: Do you collect student PII?
No. We do not collect K–12 student data. Our platform serves educators, administrators, and professionals — not K–12 students. No student education records are created, stored, or processed in our systems. See Student Privacy documentation.
Q: Do you sell student data?
We do not collect student data. There is no student data to sell, license, or transfer — by design.
Q: Do you have a DPA?
We provide a Service Agreement for institutional partners. Because we do not collect K–12 student data, a student-data DPA is not applicable. Contact partnerships@aesopacademy.org.
Q: What AI systems does your platform use?
The patent-pending AESOP Engine (App #64/018,565) for curriculum authoring. All AI outputs are human-reviewed before publication. No AI makes real-time decisions about individual learners. See Engine Transparency doc.
Q: How is content reviewed for bias?
Content is generated by the AESOP Engine and reviewed by our editorial team before publication. An independent human audit is scheduled for Q3 2026. See Bias Audit documentation.
Q: Are you ADA/WCAG compliant?
Yes. We target WCAG 2.1 AA. See Accessibility Policy.
Q: What standards does your curriculum align to?
AI4K12 Five Big Ideas, CSTA K–12 CS Standards, ISTE Standards for Students, UNESCO AI Competency Framework, NIST AI RMF 1.0, and EU AI Act Article 4 AI-literacy mandate.
